    THIS IS A PART TIME PACKAGE with a strict minimum of 10 hrs and maximum of 15 hrs

     

    minimum flat rate per week is 10,000ksh

    STARTER RETAINER PACKAGE

     

    25,000 KSH PER MONTH

    (5 HOURS A WEEK)

     

    Can only solely be Administration only or Social media support only and not both scopes of work.

     

    This package is for a smaller work scope compared to the value retainer pack.

     

    BILLED AT THE START AND END OF MONTH IN 2 DEPOSITS

    40,000 KSH PER MONTH

    For an Administration and Social Media Virtual Assistant with work hours worth 10-15 hours per week.

     

    This is the value pack that resembles having a personal Virtual Assistant by your side on your beck and call!

     

    We highly suggest this package for a client's consideration after working with a VA part time and realising the potentiality of your collaboration.

     

    As a high paced business upscaling largely this would be transformational for your business!

    Free Discovery call + Interviewing

    In our discovery call we get to learn more about each other and establish whether we would be a good fit for you/your business.

     

    After a successful discovery call Virtually Yours will propose the VA/VA's that would be a high match and we would schedule an interview.

     

    If your interview with our proposed VA/VA's does not meet your expectations this would be as far as it would go and we would release each other to pursue other befitting collaborations.

    Paid Trial Week + Contracting + Invoicing

    After a successful interview with one of our virtual assistant's we would proceed to a paid trial week.

     

    The trial week entails an onboarding process by the client where they delegate tasks and introduce their business to do list for scrutiny at the end of the week.

     

    Our VA will do the hour count and report on the week's performance and share it with the client.

     

    Once the trial week is successful it's safe to say we've found a match!

     

    A contract and a quotation will be shared after the trial week if a client wishes to proceed with the assigned VA. The contract should be signed after the trial week with the VA you have chosen.

     

    Incase the trial week proves unsatisfactory the week's payment would be made but the collaboration discontinued.

    Working together with your VA

    After a successful discovery call, interview and a fruitful trial week.

     

    The Virtual assistant you have found to be a match for your business will proceed to their 6 month renewable contract with you.

     

    This will entail you:

    • Delegating tasks
    • Giving instructions
    • Incorporating your VA to your business systems and processes/work flows
    • Train your VA on the works of your business
    • Recieving updates and reports from your VA on performance
    • Fulfilling the weekly reimbursements on time through the agency that we may compensate your Virtual assistant

     

    We majorly use SLACK as our communication portal but are open to different platforms.
